Even I clicked on it hoping it to be a an engineering concept related video.
But interesting video nonetheless.
Holy... I was expecting to learn something about mechanics of materials and suddenly I was in 50y old video that perfectly reflects my life.

How can I find more of these vintage Disney videos? Are they shorts? How are they categorized? I remember watching a few growing up and I'd love to track them all down again.
It's useful information, applicable to so many, and delivered in an approachable, engaging and nonjudgemental manner. I really appreciate how clearly it conveys that stresses/strains are a universal feeling, and a part of life.
Beautiful animation. It shows how much understanding were there in 1968 for diagnosing the problem, and how little for treating it (โUsing plain common sense, is the easiest way to minimize stresses and strains of life and keep all sides in balanceโ).
