For an updated treatment of the same topic, I'd recommend Robert Sapolsky:

How can I find more of these vintage Disney videos? Are they shorts? How are they categorized? I remember watching a few growing up and I'd love to track them all down again.

It's useful information, applicable to so many, and delivered in an approachable, engaging and nonjudgemental manner. I really appreciate how clearly it conveys that stresses/strains are a universal feeling, and a part of life.

Beautiful animation. It shows how much understanding were there in 1968 for diagnosing the problem, and how little for treating it (โ€œUsing plain common sense, is the easiest way to minimize stresses and strains of life and keep all sides in balanceโ€).
